Training course is recommended for Youth workers, Trainers, Youth leaders, Facilitators, who:1. have experience in facilitating learning of young people in international educational settings2. have knowledge of and practice in non-formal education and learning3. are interested in developing and facilitating online learning for young people4. are willing to reflect on their practice and work on their competences as facilitators in online settings5. have basic IT skills and are not afraid of experimenting with computers6. are committed to applying their newly gained skills in developing online learning coursesTraining PhasesThe training has three integrated learning phases:1. Introductory phase (preparation for the course) through distance e-learning, there are 4 online modules to complete starting in October till the beginning of the residential part of the training course2. Residential training course, from November 13th to 22nd in Novi Pazar, Serbia3. Follow-up phase through distance e-learning, starting from November 26th to December 23rd.CostsThis project is funded by the Youth in Action Programme. According to its rules, all costs of board and logging will be covered by the organisers. In addition, DamaD will reimburse 70% of the participants’ travel costs, only upon the receipt of all original tickets, boarding passes and invoices.Application processApplication deadline is 1 October 2o12.
