Either I like the Lions uniforms more than I realize or this team has played one of the best uniform match up schedules of all time. In any case, this was a good looking game. 8,670 Welcome to the 2016 season finale of infrared41’s Best and Worst. 2016 was one of the better years I can remember for the best list. It seems like we had at least a couple really good match ups every week of the season. And…I’m pretty sure there wasn’t a full worst list in any week all season. There may have even been a week or two in which we didn’t have a worst list. Week 17 was a pretty strong finish to what has been a pretty strong season in uniform match ups. Let’s crank it up one more time and play our game. As always, the lists are just my opinion. Your mileage may vary.  Before we get started, for the best and worst looking games of the year, I thought it might be fun to nominate the candidates and then have a poll to pick the winner. Let me know if you’re interested.  Location:Location Location 3rd place gets 3 points Posted January 4, 2017 3. Packers – Lions: Another week on the best list for the Detroit Lions. But I have to admit that I’m not a big fan of dark colored pants in general. I prefer either white or lighter colored pants like the Packers, 49ers, Steelers, etc. Different strokes and all… 3.  Lose the black pants. 9,812 posts Share this post Share this post Share on other sites 2,940 By infrared41, January 4, 2017 in Sports Logo News infrared41 Share this post leopard88 All Activity SportsLogos.Net Moderators Moderators 8,670 Link to post 27 minutes ago, BringBackTheVet said: Worst:  Best: 1 There’s no redeeming those Browns uniforms.  I could never rank any Browns game in the top 5. 1,146 Share on other sites MJWalker45 Link to post 𝐋𝐄𝐓 𝐌𝐄 𝐈𝐍 1,758 17,998 1,758 Link to post 0 5. The key to me is losing the BROWNS on the pant legs.  Run the stripes the whole length of the pant legs and the white and orange pants would look pretty good.  However, there is probably no saving the brown pants. Sunderland injury news: Black Cats sweating on Jordan Pickford scan results

first_img Jordan Pickford 1 Sunderland are facing a nervous wait for news on Jordan Pickford’s fitness, after the in-form goalkeeper injured his knee on Boxing Day.The 22-year-old has been in eye-catching form despite the Black Cats’ struggles this season, but David Moyes could now be dealt a major blow if he is ruled out.Pickford completed the full 90 minutes of the 3-1 defeat at Manchester United, but was in some discomfort after the match and was sent for scans. On Wednesday morning the club were still awaiting the results and have yet to confirm if he will miss the New Year’s Eve trip to Burnley. While that is considered an important match, there are reports Pickford is facing an even longer spell on the sidelines.Former Arsenal keeper Vito Mannone is standing by if required. The Italian started the season as the side’s number one but fractured his elbow in August, opening the door for Pickford to stake his claim in impressive fashion.Pickford has become a full England squad member under Gareth Southgate and has been linked with a big money move away from the Stadium of Light in January.last_img read more
